Wales’ largest training provider, ´óÏó´«Ã½, has been recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the Best 100 Companies in the UK for 2014.Ìý

´óÏó´«Ã½ ranked 35thÌýin the prestigious list which measures and acknowledges excellence in workplace engagement. It is widely acknowledged as the most searching and extensive research into employee engagement carried out in this country. All the scores and ratings that are assessed to compile the lists are based entirely on employee opinions.

The contentment of their employees is something that ´óÏó´«Ã½ takes very seriously, so much so that it even has its ownÌý“head of happiness” to ensure staff enjoy their work. Jane Davies’s brief is to make sure the 317 employees feel valued and fulfilled.
