As a Corporate Apprentice聽(Level 3) you will be supported in the workplace to develop the skills you need to make an effective contribution to our Service. You will be provided with a range of workplace activities and experiences, as directed by the manager, and will undertake a range of duties and learning opportunities

Key Duties
- Data inputting and assisting with collating, maintaining and analysing business information and safe handling confidential data.
- Support our business change work to improve work environments and increase diversity and inclusion.
- Undertake a range of administration, project and business support tasks including meeting organisation and administration and maintenance of records and assist in the formatting and production of data charts.
- Use a range of business applications including Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, PowerBi and bespoke Cardiff Council systems.
- Act as a point of contact for and monitoring of service support requests
Essential Criteria
- Has achieved, or is expected to achieve a minimum of: GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (and/or Welsh), or an equivalent qualification e.g. Essential Skills Wales Level 2 in Communication and Application of Number.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of the work of the Council.
- Can speak and write fluently in English and/or Welsh to speak to colleagues and customers, take messages or ask questions to gain understanding.
- Able to use a computer and software applications, to any level, relevant to the role.
